Urameshi Yuusuke was originally the hero of Yu*Yu*Hakusho, and may still be to many boys. His popularity among girls was quickly eclipsed by the graceful bishounen Kurama and the little gnome in the black dress--er, coat. But he still appears in many a yaoi dj, and is more adaptable than Janet Weiss in his choice of partners. You can see him here paired with Kurama ('Declaration of Youth'), Youko Kurama ('Angel's Bite'), Hiei ('Hatching'), and Kuwabara ('Don't Take Off My Sailor Fuku'). Even Koenma gets a turn ('You Brute'). Yuusuke has slicked-back black hair and brown eyes that must be pretty intense since every villain he's ever fought feels compelled to comment on them. A tough-talking delinquent, his main accomplishments included shoplifting (he was the champion shoplifter of Sarayashiki Jr. High), brawling and smoking before the fateful day when he was killed saving a child from a speeding car. This act was so unexpected that Koenma (Deputy Lord of the Next World) decided to bring him back to life and see what other funny things he'd do. And that's how it all began.
