this while the thumbnails below load, or scroll straight down

As everyone knows, Hiei is short,
taciturn, bad-tempered, rude, arrogant, impatient, sarcastic,
touchy, ruthless, unfriendly, cold, a potty-mouth, full of violent
and criminal impulses, and notably lacking in a sense of humor.
Of course, he also has many good qualities to balance this, and
as soon as we think of any we'll list them here.
Hiei has spiky black hair in
the shape of a candle flame, with a star-shaped white blaze in
front. He has two ordinary red eyes and one violet eye in his
forehead for Sunday best. The violet eye, his Jagan, is normally
kept covered by a headband, because, 1) it drives humans insane
to look at it, and, 2) he's cuter with the band on.
Looking at Hiei, and especially
the stature and the hair, it is difficult to escape the conclusion
that he is descended from either Vegeta or Panthea's childhood
pony, Star.
Hiei uses fire attacks. His strongest
attack releases the Kokuryuu (Black Dragon). One might think
that Kokuryuu are always huge, nasty, frightening creatures,
but actually they make sensitive lovers ('Sex with the Black
Dragon') and responsible children ('Kurokichi's Family Situation'),
as well as tasty snacks
('Sensui
vs. Hiei-chan Again?!').
Because Hiei's face has just
about exactly the same dimension's as a kitten's, many djka give
in to the overwhelming temptation to draw him cute. Others give
in to the equally understandable temptation to draw him as a
bug. We've included pics of both kinds so you can judge for yourself
which better catches the resemblance. |
